The story of Akyado

Discover the origin of the Akyado Pure Helvetic Care brand and the motivations that have allowed it to be born and develop for over 20 years

Our family business opened its doors in 1999, in Remaufens, a small Swiss village in the canton of Fribourg. Our first mission was to promote the personal development of women by allowing them to reconcile family life and professional activity.

To this end, a nail stylist training course was created, and was soon accompanied by professional products, including a whole range of hand and foot care products, developed by hand in our small laboratory. The first range of Akyado Pure Helvetic Care products is born, dedicated to both salon and home care.

We quickly became aware of the importance of endocrine modifiers in certain cosmetic formulations and chose to orient Akyado's products in the promotion of beauty through health, by eliminating a maximum of ingredients likely to harm it.

The success is instantaneous; the scents, the format and the quality of our hand creams hit the mark with an increasingly diversified public. Our range is expanding and now includes skin care products for the whole body, including peels and natural oils.
