The products

95% of our products are made in Switzerland, only a few accessories can still be an exception to the rule

No product can guarantee a zero risk of allergic reaction, but our recipes contain a minimum of components to reduce the risk of skin reaction as much as possible.  
When this is the case, we prefer natural ingredients (essential oils for example) to synthetic products, believing that their benefits outweigh their allergy potential.

We regularly review our formulations to extract any new controversial ingredients.

All Akyado products are cruelty free (made without testing on animals, unless of course you count us in the batch ;) and vegan

Most of our products can be kept for up to 12 months after opening. Some natural oils have a shorter expiration date, which is indicated on the barcode label.

My order

For the time being, we only deliver addresses within Switzerland. 
However, we are working to make Akyado available in as many countries as possible, including a distributor able to serve all of metropolitan France.

What are the delivery methods and costs?

Packages are sent by post within 3 days of your order, for a fee of 9.-CHF.
If your order exceeds 50CHF, these costs are free of charge.

Once an order has been validated, it is no longer possible to automatically reverse the process.
